You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging (with all tags attached, if applicable).
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Note: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. How to Start a Return
Getting your return started is quick and easy:
Contact Us: Send an email to support@woofjoy.us with your order number and the reason for the return.
Get Instructions: Our support team will review your request and provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions within 24–48 hours.
Ship the Packge: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
3. Refund Process (7-Day Processing)
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that it has arrived safely.
Approval & Timeline: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment immediately.
Processing Time: The refund will be processed and credited back to your account within 7 business days.
Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the credit to officially post to your account.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@woofjoy.us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right (such as sending a replacement at no extra cost to you).
