1. Order Processing & Transit Times
To provide full transparency, your delivery timeline is divided into handling time and transit time:
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (14:00) PST - Pacific Standard Time (GMT-08:00)
Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Order Handling Time: 1 Business Day (Processed Monday to Friday)
This is the time it takes to prepare, pack, and hand over your package to the carrier.
Transit Time: 1 - 4 Business Days (Shipped Monday to Friday)
This is the time the carrier takes to deliver the package to your destination.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2 - 5 Business Days
2. Shipping Coverage & Rates
We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States (and Canada, as per configured regions).

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24–48 hours, allowing you to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
4. Address Corrections & Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can update or cancel orders only if they have not yet been processed or dispatched by our warehouse.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive an order that was damaged during transit, or if your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
